Technology brought us near, by words, but kept us away from moral values. Hence this state of humility among humans to be changed to softer humanism. Societies must be based on moral ability and moral stability of any country with dominance of moral value. So value based society that is provocative and promote human moral and harmony with individual and collective synthesized and synchronized social development is to be called the growth index of potential morality. It is not a rigid social binding but flexible rubber band of social kindness and compassionate background of the society.
