Activating our potential begins from understanding we can each make a difference in our own way, and are worthy as females. This Journal included exercises that cause a woman to understand what drives her and how she works enough to feel in control.The journal owner gets to uncover and acknowledge ripple effect, encouraging her to change what she wants to, using the powerful mind shifting and behavioural change techniques in Section 4. Women are more emotionally wired and so we’ve included lots of emotional awareness, simple explanations that education women on how to know to navigate her cycle emotionally, and be able to take control in overwhelming moments in times when she desires to be able to think straight, ultimately keeping her safer and able to make productive choices.
The purpose of a journal that’s a workbook, is to give her a sense of control and power over her own life. It’s a way to organise the chaos we can feel in our inner world.
