Author Biography
It is rare to find an expert in learning and development who also has a deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, culture and complexity. The owner of Building Giants, LLC, Katy Caselli has her masters degree in industrial/organizational psychology and specializes in helping companies gain an edge over the competition through talent. In her nearly 20 years’ experience in manufacturing, she has helped companies show a sustained return on investment with training, shortened new hire orientation training time by 2/3rds and has many case studies of training design that translated to action on the job.
